As a Technical Sourcer at Fieldguide, you’ll be a key driver of our ability to hire world-class technical talent. You’ll focus on building pipelines for core engineering roles and specialized AI/ML talent, while also tackling niche and hard-to-fill searches. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you’ll source and screen candidates and build foundational sourcing strategies.
